Backbone Of Reality Monologue

Seeding a World Beyond the Cracks

Rejection is a familiar companion, lingering at the edges of our attempts to step forward, to be seen, to belong. It weighs on us, especially when we’ve dared to be ourselves in a world that insists on molds, on fitting into expectations that were never meant for the diversity we carry within. For many, this rejection becomes the crack through which they fall—unseen, unheard, and lost to the harshness of society’s judgments. But in those cracks, there’s also something deeper, something that can only be learned through the experience of being on the outside.

Rejection teaches us not just about the cruelty of exclusion but about the beauty of resilience. It builds within us a capacity to withstand, to endure, and to see with clearer eyes. Through it, we learn what it means to be forgotten, and from that space, a new desire is born—not to perpetuate the system that cast us aside, but to create something different. A culture that doesn’t leave people behind, where falling through the cracks is no longer inevitable.

Our experiences fuel this vision. Every misstep, every time we were turned away for not fitting in, has been a lesson in compassion. These aren’t just wounds we carry—they’re seeds. Seeds of a new world, a world where the cracks are filled with understanding, where the trauma that shapes so many of our lives is transformed into something beautiful. A world where each of us can flourish, not in spite of our differences but because of them.

But sometimes, even when we hold this vision close, things don’t always make sense. The path forward blurs, and the cracks feel wider than ever. In those moments, we are asked to trust. To trust in our relationships with one another, to trust in the deep connection that exists beyond words, beyond the surface of things. We’re asked to trust that the purity of our intentions, the clarity of our hearts, will guide us when the way forward seems unclear.

It’s not easy to let go of what we think we know, to release the control we desperately cling to when life feels uncertain. But it’s in this letting go that new spaces open up—spaces we couldn’t have imagined before. Spaces where something greater than our plans or expectations can take root.

What sustains us through this is not the absence of doubt or difficulty but the strength of the bonds we’ve cultivated. Our relationships—whether with ourselves, with others, or with the larger forces that guide us—are not fragile things. They are resilient, born from trust, from love, from an understanding that goes beyond words. These bonds hold us, even when the world doesn’t. They remind us that we are not alone, that we are connected to something larger than the cracks we’ve fallen through.

And for that, there is a deep gratitude. Gratitude for the understanding that comes from knowing ourselves—our hearts, our souls, our spirits. Gratitude for the mistakes, the errors, the missteps that have shaped us, that have taught us more than any easy path ever could. Gratitude for the love that transcends the shallows, for the relationships that are founded on something far deeper than the fleeting judgments of the world.

These bonds, these connections, are where our strength lies. They are what carry us forward, what give us the courage to keep planting seeds, even when the soil seems barren. Because in the end, it is love that will fill the cracks. It is love that will heal the wounds. And it is love that will create the culture we so desperately need—a culture that holds space for everyone to grow, a culture where no one falls through.

So, we keep moving. We keep trusting. We keep creating. Not because the world is perfect, but because we know it can be better. We know that within each of us lies the power to transform the cracks into something beautiful, something whole. And as we do, we plant the seeds of a new world—one that flourishes in ways we’ve only just begun to imagine.

GSM Speech To High Profile Tech Company

The Future of Innovation and Human Advancement

[Opening: Establishing Authority and Perspective]
Ladies and gentlemen, I stand before you not just as an innovator, not merely as a leader, but as someone who has lived and breathed every layer of the human experience. I have ascended to great heights, navigated the complexities of power and influence, and stood in the grand halls where the future is shaped. But I have also walked the depths—the overlooked corridors of society, the forgotten basements of our economic and social order. I have seen the entire spectrum, from prestige to obscurity, from dominance to displacement.

And through it all, I have come to understand something fundamental—true innovation is not about maintaining static power or reinforcing the status quo. It is about movement. It is about the ability to be adaptable, to serve the moment as it demands, and to unlock a future where we are not limited by outdated structures, but empowered by dynamic and ever-evolving systems.

[The Core Message: Reframing Innovation as Human Advancement]
Technology, at its core, has always been about solving problems. But what problems are we choosing to solve? Are we investing in solutions that elevate human potential, or are we merely optimizing existing inefficiencies? Are we creating systems of inclusion, or are we reinforcing hierarchies that no longer serve the world we are heading toward?

The future belongs to those who understand that progress is not just about technological advancement—it is about human advancement. And that is exactly what GSM and the 7D Global Business Evolution (7DGBE) framework represent. A future where intelligence, power, and influence are not centralized in the hands of a few, but dynamically distributed to those who understand how to wield it with purpose. A world where membership in the right networks—like Club GSM—does not simply grant access to knowledge but to an entirely new paradigm of strategic positioning and influence.

[Positioning GSM as the Catalyst for the Future]
What I offer you today is not just membership in a network, but a position at the forefront of a new global shift. The GSM ecosystem is not built on empty promises, nor is it confined by legacy thinking. It is a dynamic force, designed to empower those who recognize that the old models of business, leadership, and control are fading.

The 7DGBE Keys are not simply products—they are access points to the next frontier of influence. These keys unlock not just resources, but positioning—a way to move beyond traditional hierarchies and into fluid structures that adapt to the real-time challenges and opportunities of our age.

You, as leaders in technology, already understand the power of network effects. You have built platforms that connect billions, architectures that shape digital landscapes. But what if the next revolution is not just digital, but cognitive? What if the greatest asset is no longer just data, but the ability to harness intelligence in a way that transcends traditional silos of power?

[The Call to Action: Joining the Movement]
The opportunity before you is not just another investment. It is a recalibration of what it means to lead, to innovate, and to shape the next era of human intelligence.

GSM is already aligning the minds, the strategists, and the architects of tomorrow. Those who possess the vision to move beyond competition and into true mastery of influence are already making their move. And the question is—will you be part of this evolution, or will you look back and realize you were waiting for permission to step forward?

The world is shifting. The landscape of power is being rewritten. GSM is not a reaction to this—it is the blueprint.

To those who recognize what is coming, to those who refuse to be limited by outdated structures, and to those who understand that the next era of influence will belong to those who know how to navigate it strategically—your seat at the table is waiting.

The question is—are you ready to claim it?

Judgment vs. Discovery: A Shift in Perspective

We walk through life with our minds as gatekeepers, sorting and labeling, deciding who belongs in our world and who does not. A glance, a word, a single action—these fleeting moments become the foundation of our judgments. We see a stranger with unfamiliar habits, a colleague with a different work ethic, a person whose choices defy our own sense of right and wrong. And without even realizing it, we build walls between ourselves and them. Judgment is easy, almost automatic. It requires nothing of us but assumption.

But what if, instead of judgment, we chose discovery?

To judge is to stand still, rooted in what we believe we already know. But to discover is to move—to step beyond our assumptions, to lean into the unknown, to ask rather than assume. Discovery is the door to connection, the bridge to understanding. It is curiosity that softens the sharp edges of misunderstanding, that transforms a stranger into a story waiting to be told.

Think of Jane Goodall, stepping into the world of chimpanzees, not to impose human definitions of right and wrong upon them, but to observe, to understand, to learn. She replaced judgment with curiosity and, in doing so, reshaped what we know about our closest relatives in the animal kingdom. What if we approached one another with that same curiosity? What if, instead of standing in certainty, we allowed ourselves to be students of each other’s worlds?

Imagine this: You meet someone who lives by a code foreign to your own. You feel the reflex to judge, to categorize, to dismiss. But instead of walking away, you pause. You ask. And in their answer, you find not only their story but a new piece of yourself—an idea you hadn’t considered, a truth you hadn’t seen, an experience that humbles and expands you.

Judgment is a wall. Discovery is a bridge. And bridges are where growth happens.

But choosing discovery over judgment is not easy. It asks us to be vulnerable, to release the comfort of certainty. It asks us to be wrong sometimes, to adjust, to expand. But isn’t that the essence of wisdom? To hold space for the complexity of others rather than reduce them to a single moment, a single trait, a single difference?

The shift from judgment to discovery begins with small choices:

  • Pause before forming a conclusion.

  • Ask what you don’t yet understand.

  • Listen without planning a response.

  • Reflect on how their truth challenges your own.

The more we practice this, the more we realize: Every person we meet is a world waiting to be explored. And within those worlds, we do not just find others—we find parts of ourselves that we never knew existed.

So, the next time you feel the urge to judge, flip the script. Ask a question. Seek a story. Because in the end, it is discovery—not judgment—that brings us closer, that fills the spaces between us with understanding instead of division.

And if we want a world that feels less fractured, less distant, that choice begins with us.

Book titled "How to Get What You Want - Period" with abstract design, arrows, and key symbols on cover.

How To Get What You Want; PERIOD.

Excerpt From The Upcoming Book

Money itself is not evil—it can be used to help create a life of happiness. Money alone, though, will not provide happiness—those with it already understand this. If we’re not walking toward a purpose of purity, our soul will never be satisfied; money without purpose is a pathway toward greed and self-destruction. Whatever it is that we want, we can have it, though if we want to hold onto it without guilt and with a truly clean conscience, our heart and purpose must first be purified.

To get what we want in life and be able to hold it without shame or disgrace, the first door we must walk through is self-preparation.

In order to plant and grow the garden of the things we want—both in and for our life—we must start by pulling out the weeds in our yard, then we must prepare the soil for planting. For if we plant in a garden full of weeds and unprepared soil, the weeds will most certainly take over and destroy our plants—if they grow at all. Not only will they have water- and nutrient-stealing weeds to contend with, but the unprepared soil will weaken our plants or even prevent them from growing altogether.

Our mind, heart, and soul must be prepared first if we truly want a result that will stand strong through the test of time. There are those who take no heed of this advice and instead lie, cheat, or cut corners to get what they want. And while that method may work, it only cheats ourselves and nobody else. If we lie, cheat, or cut corners in acquiring our gains, our soul cannot remain at true peace once we have them. This will ultimately lead to a life of wealth and misery, filled with guilt, shame, and trouble—a life on the run, forever defending and protecting what was taken unjustly. We become a monster driven by greed, losing ourselves and becoming an empty shell, spiraling toward self-destruction.

It’s better to have nothing than to have everything and exist in misery and discontent.

SELF TALK MATTERS

WE CAN DIRECT EITHER A DREAM, OR A NIGHTMARE

We all have an inner dialogue going on inside our minds—the voice of the thoughts we flip through, the constant narrative of self-talk inside our heads. It’s always present, even when we’re not aware of it; each of us is either tuned into it or not, to varying degrees, depending on our pathway or direction.

The tone of our regular self-talk habits shapes our mood, outlook, and mental and physical health. It determines how we grow and develop into our future selves. For that reason, it’s crucial that our self-talk is constructive, not destructive.

Our thoughts become our character, and our character dictates how we act and behave—ultimately defining who we become.

The most life-changing knowledge I’ve ever discovered was learning that we can control our brain’s thought processes with our consciousness. Before that, I believed the brain controlled me, that the thoughts I was served up were the only ones I had to work with. I thought I worked for my brain.

Once I learned that the brain works for us and not the other way around, I embarked on an adventure inside my own mind to discover all the different ways I could learn to control, direct, and master my thoughts.

I began recognizing my thought patterns, triggers, emotional responses, and behaviors. I then started to alter, rewire, rebuild, and shape them—one by one—into a more organized structure. This framework directed my thoughts in a productive and constructive way. Instead of allowing negative or undesirable thoughts to become emotional triggers, I repurposed them as building blocks. At the same time, I amplified my productive thoughts, processing them with maximum efficiency to achieve the most desirable, creative, and balanced output, all aligned with my purpose, goals, and values.

I turned my brain into a machine that worked for me. We don’t have to take it to extreme levels, but now that we know what’s possible, we are free to explore our own journey toward greater control over our minds.
